Sadly Ferret-Land can no longer offer the rehoming service as we simply can not aford to. All other services are still available.
Ferret-Land is run by my partner Mick and myself Emma. Over the years we have cared for many fury ferrets and rehomed them to. We believe that with mutual respect with the ferret you can have an amazing companion.
Would you say that having a dog is a pet or companion. Well thats how we feel about ferrets. Every ferret is unique and loved by us for all their traits good or bad. We believe in working our ferrets as it keeps them close to their natural lifestyle as possible. However we understand that this is not for everyone and with love and care they make wonderful companions working or not.
Our Boarding Services are very popular and we do get busy but we are pleased to say that at the new premises we will be able to offer a lot more boarding spaces

After spending a long time looking for ferret breeders, we were lucky enough to come across Emma and Mick. The standard of care and depth of knowledge we found at ferret land surpassed any other breeders we looked into – this is certainly reflected in the healthy and happy personalities of the two lovely little girls, Até and Bonnie, who have joined our home. We would recommend ferret land to anyone - newbies or experienced ferret owners - as Emma and Mick never stop caring for their little fuzzies even when they leave the roost. Quick to respond and always on-hand with help, without a doubt, the best in Kent.

We do NOT Condone ferret owners breeding without experience and knowledge.
It is best left to ferret breeders that have knowledge in what they are doing.
Many problems can arise with Ferret Breeding and asking a few questions does not mean you are ready. Do you know the history of the ferrets so you are contributing to healthy ferrets not just because you think it is cute or believe they should have a litter before neutering. How are you going to home upto 12+ cheeky kits, keep them fed, cleaned etc & find them good homes which is harder then you would believe. Can you give full correct care advice to the new owners and take the kits back if they can not be kept. Are you going to microchip the kits as so many ferrets are lost eack year. After all this how much do you think you are going to make?

PLEASE ONLY BUY A FERRET IF YOU INTEND TO CARE FOR IT FOR ITS WHOLE LIFE.
You do not abandon children because you do not have enough time or they cost to much etc. There are genuine people who can no longer care for them and that is why we rehome not for anyone who decides they have had enough of them.

PLEASE Note - We are strict Breeders. We always try to match owners with ferrets and sometimes this means kits or adults. Most are tame but some need experienced handlers and we manage to achieve this. Please see our testimonials Page. We are NOT just another breeder for money. The ferrets interest does come first with us as we are animal lovers and although we do breed it is to repopulate the ferrets population with healthy litters for the future lines. If you do have concerns please do ask but first get to know us rather than just criticise as we try to work with ferret organisations as we believe that there can always be room for improvement.
